Orders are processed each day and are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days Express orders will be shipped the next Business day after payment is received. All products on our site are in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason a problem should arise with your order, and it cannot be filled, you will be notified immediately. Your Lingerie will be delivered to you discreetly packaged with no reference to lingerie.
All orders are send out via Australia Post's Registered Post at a cost of $8.05 for the first 500g.
Please Note: For quickest delivery from time of placing your order, we recommend placing your order using our 'Credit Card' payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your cleared payment. 'Credit Card' payments are instant.

- When purchasing from Lingerie Down Under your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. - Exchange Policy

If an item is faulty we are happy to exchange or give a store credit. The returned items must be unworn with all tags attached and returned to us within 5 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items back to us. Lingerie Down Under does not take any responsibility for misplaced items whilst in transit, therefore we recommend the use of registered post when retuning items.
No exchange or refunds are given on sale and clearance items unless faulty. Please contact us before any item is returned.

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiry date, billing address).
This information is used for billing purposes to verify the customer and to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. This information is taken in a secure area, it is encrypted for our customers' protection, and is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances.
